Project ADAM Affiliate Sites partner with community sites to promote cardiac emergency preparedness. Programs that implement the components of the checklist show they are equipped to respond with confidence by ensuring AED availability, CPR/AED‑trained individuals, and a practiced response plan.
Community Site Program Checklist
Use the Community Site Program Checklist as an initial assessment of your site’s cardiac emergency preparedness. Connect with your local Project ADAM Program Coordinator for guidance and support. If your state does not have an affiliate program, this checklist can serve as both an assessment and a practical guide to help you build a cardiac emergency preparedness program for your Community Site.
