Criteria & Application
Project ADAM is a community outreach program focused on advancing the implementation of Heart Safe initiatives to reduce the incidence of sudden cardiac death. A Project ADAM Affiliate Program serves as a local leader, providing guidance and resources to strengthen cardiac emergency preparedness.
To pursue affiliation:
- Review the Project ADAM Affiliate Program Criteria.
- If your institution meets these criteria, complete the Affiliate Application Form below.
- The National Growth Committee reviews all affiliate applications and will contact you as soon as possible.
